Vendor Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms for businesses selling on Kuvande. By creating a store and listing products, you agree to these terms.

Your store

• You are responsible for accurate product listings, pricing, and stock levels.
• You must fulfil confirmed orders promptly through your chosen pickup or delivery options.
• You must handle customer enquiries, returns, and refunds fairly and in good time.

Payments

You may offer online payment, manual transfer with proof of payment, or cash on fulfilment. Payouts and any platform fees are governed by your vendor dashboard terms. Sales are settled to your account.

Conduct

• List only products you are legally allowed to sell.
• Do not post misleading, counterfeit, or prohibited items.
• Treat customers professionally and honour your stated policies.

Suspension

Kuvande may review, suspend, or remove stores that breach this agreement or harm the trust of the marketplace.
