Kuvande Online Market Place is a registered business entity under the Registrar General's Department (RGD), Ghana.

Kuvande provides an e-commerce platform that enables Vendors to:

• Receive and fulfill customer orders

• Track sales and analytics

1. Create and manage Vendor accounts
2. Verify Vendor identities (KYC)

9. Analyze platform usage for enhancements

We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to Kuvande's services.

5. Payment Information

Payments on Kuvande may be processed through:

• MTN Mobile Money
• Telecel Cash
• Paystack
• Flutterwave
• Other approved gateways

Payment providers process transactions independently and securely.

Kuvande does not store sensitive payment credentials.

Vendors may receive a Verified Badge after completing KYC checks.

8. Vendor Responsibilities Regarding Customer Data

Vendors must:

• Use customer information ONLY to fulfill orders
• Protect customer data from unauthorized access
• Not export, sell, or misuse customer details
• Comply with Ghana's Data Protection Act

Violation may lead to account suspension or termination.
