Welcome to Kuvande. By accessing or using the Kuvande marketplace, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. The marketplace

Kuvande connects independent businesses (“vendors”) with shoppers. Vendors are responsible for their own products, pricing, descriptions, stock, and fulfilment. Kuvande provides the platform that makes discovery and checkout possible.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.
• Provide accurate information when registering and at checkout.
• You must be able to form a binding contract to place an order.

3. Orders and payment

When you place an order you agree to pay the listed price plus any delivery fees and applicable charges shown at checkout. Depending on the store, payment may be online, by manual transfer with proof of payment, or in cash on pickup or delivery. Orders are confirmed by the vendor.

4. Delivery and pickup

Fulfilment options, timelines and areas are set by each vendor. Please review a store’s delivery information before ordering.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the platform or interfere with its operation.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or unlawful content.
• Respect the rights of vendors and other users.

6. Limitation of liability

Kuvande is a marketplace facilitator. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuvande is not liable for the products, conduct, or fulfilment of individual vendors, though we work to keep the marketplace trustworthy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
